Why Every Quilter Should Order Quilting Fabric Samples First?

  Choosing fabric for a quilt can feel wonderfully exciting until a color that looked perfect on screen arrives and suddenly seems too bright, too muted, or simply wrong beside the rest of the palette. That is where quilting fabric samples become more than a convenient preview. They give quilters an opportunity to see the actual print, color, scale, and character of a fabric before committing to yardage, making the planning stage much more deliberate and much less frustrating. For experienced quilters, this is not about being overly cautious. It is about understanding that fabric behaves differently when viewed as a small screen image, a single cut, or part of a larger quilt composition. What can a Sample Reveal?
